Yuxiao Mengda Titanium was founded in 2013 with four sets of 3200 KAV titanium slag furnaces, which were officially put into use in July 2014. The annual productivity of four 3200KVA titanium slag furnaces can reach 10,000 tons. With the gradual increase of high slag market demand, the company decided to make technical transformation to increase production.In 2017, the company obtained the project record Opinion Number of Ulanqabu Investment Project Record Opinion Form (Wujingxintuoguizi [2017] No. 143), and renovated and expanded 5 sets of 25500KVA sealed titanium slag furnace, with an annual output of 300,000 tons of high titanium slag and 110,000 tons of pig iron. After completion of the project, four 3200KVA titanium slag furnaces will be dismantled
High titanium slag (TiO2: more than 90% content) is neither waste slag, nor byproducts, but by titanium concentrate smelting, is the production of titanium tetrachloride, titanium dioxide, sponge titanium quality raw materials, widely used in aviation, aerospace, shipbuilding, paint, paper, ink, mechanical and electrical, medicine, chemical fiber and other fields.
